Morgan McKimm

With more than 20 years of industry experience, our Western Australian State Manager brings extensive knowledge and expertise across the mining, commercial construction, and commercial maintenance sectors.

Having spent 13 years with Oldfields, following many years working within the mining industry, he has developed a strong understanding of the unique demands of operating in Western Australia. His experience spans complex commercial projects, ongoing maintenance programs, client relationship management, operational leadership, and the delivery of high-quality outcomes across a diverse range of environments.

His extensive industry knowledge and practical approach provide a strong foundation for building lasting relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners. He understands the importance of responsive service, reliable delivery, safety, and quality, and works closely with our teams and clients to ensure projects and maintenance programs are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.

With a strong focus on customer service, operational excellence, and long-term relationships, his leadership plays an important role in supporting our continued growth and delivering trusted solutions to clients throughout Western Australia.

Daniel Oliver

As Operations Manager for Perth, I bring more than a decade of hands-on scaffolding and operational experience across New Zealand and Australia. Starting in the industry at 15 through school holiday work and progressing from the tools into team leadership and ultimately Operations Manager in New Zealand, I have developed a strong understanding of both the practical and operational sides of the industry. After moving to Australia, I gained valuable experience in the mining sector as a supervisor before returning to the city to take on my current role managing operations in Perth. My practical background, leadership experience and understanding of the industry continue to shape my approach to delivering safe, efficient and high-quality outcomes for our clients and teams.

Outside of work, I enjoy surfing, skateboarding, fishing, diving, spearfishing, travelling and rugby.

Nathan Brunsden

As Estimator for Western Australia, I bring extensive scaffolding experience gained on commercial, oil and gas, and iron ore projects across Australia. Starting on the tools at 18, I developed a strong practical knowledge of tube and clip and Kwikstage scaffolding. Since moving off the tools in 2019, that hands-on experience has continued to shape my approach to providing the best methodology for scaffold at a competitive price.

As an Estimator, I bring more than 30 years of experience in scaffolding, height safety and construction services across South Australia, Western Australia and Queensland. My background includes business development, branch management, overseeing multiple sites and leading major tenders.

I hold a Diploma of Management and have spent much of my career building strong teams, strengthening operations and helping businesses grow. Developing long-term client relationships has been a key part of my work throughout that time.
